IOS 17.2 - Member Tools keeps freezing

My Tools app has been freezing regularly for the past couple months. Now I can't get any further than entering two characters in the Search bar. Is there a solution to this problem?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This might be a deep enough clean of protected files to give you a fresh start.
