The monthly financial reports are available electronically, do I need to keep hard copies of the monthly reports?

No. The entire process for reviewing the unit financial statement is intended to be done online in LCR without printing out a copy. The review is eSigned when reviewed by the bishop and unit clerk. All financial records available electronically online do not need to be retained and should be destroyed. Only retain the unit financial statements for which there is nothing available online in LCR > Finance > Reports.

Donations processed locally may need to be kept for awhile. In the US, the old rule was 3 years plus current. So, as of 2024, you'd need to keep everything from 2021 forward.
