Can someone please explain to me why it is so hard to get some help with internet issues on the ward or stake level? In our ward building, we do not have wifi anymore and the internet isn't even being used through the firewall. It barely works for the clerk to do tithing. Family History is a no go. I've contacted the skate technology specialist and they won't do anything. Why is this so difficult?

It's possible they're simply unable to find a better provider. I had a building that was across the street from a public school, next to a public library, and right next to a neighborhood that was served with fiber - but the best we could do was a 4G modem, which frankly sucked. Finally, someone connected to a higher up and we got fiber into that building.
