ALERT: Meetinghouse Webcast services down 7/12/2012 from 1:00-6:00 MST

Please be aware that Meetinghouse Webcast services will be down on July 12, 2012, from approximately 1:00-6:00 Mountain (Utah) time for an important cutover related to the Webcast Resiliency project.
The results will be greatly improved reliability for the webcast infrastructure components, as our engineers will be transitioning over to a much better load-balancing environment.

Users of webcast will need to do nothing different in terms of how they use the service; the changes are all happening on the infrastructure side. However, we are testing Service Pack 2 (SP2) of Microsoft Expression Encoder, which is used by the Meetinghouse Webcast Software, so you will probably soon see a prompt to upgrade to that newer software the next time you log in. I'll post more details when that's ready to go.
