Printing Ward Directory

Help! Trying to print my Ward Directory. Directions don't make sense: "Click print in the upper right corner" does not appear. Please advise how to get a copy of my Ward Directory. Thanks!

Didn't say that quite right. The word "Print" does not appear in the upper right corner.

When I go to my directory on LDS.org I see something like the following. Note the Print button:

Do you see a Help button? Do you see a Print button? What browser are you using?
