mormonchannel.org embedded webpage players do not work.

The Mormon Channel website was just updated probably over the weekend, I saw it late Monday, and the site while it looks good, has one major issue.

That is, the embedded in-page player for the three radio streams does not work. You click the play button and it never starts playing, but says you have a browser problem. I have Firefox 12 and Flash 10. It says to try the mp3 stream, but that fails also. You try the 'popout' player, and that fails the same way.

Only way to listen is to otherwise go to mp3radio.lds.org, and that does work every time as it has always. Only issue there were some playback glitches on Monday afternoon, but since then no real issues.

It played fine for me on all three streams, in place, or with the popout player.

I did have a problem with the mp3 stream -- it played just a second or two, and didn't continue streaming.

I have Firefox 12 and Flash 10.

Why are you still on Firefox 12? I'm on 17.0.1. I don't know if that's relevant.

True, Firefox 12 is only about six months to a year old. They started releasing full-number versions about a year ago. I'm on a much older system and have otherwise had no problems with Firefox other than a few glitches with Mormon Channel just after it launched in 2009, but that was cleared up soon after.

I just checked and I'm not having any problems. I'm running Windows XP, Firefox 17.0.1, and Flash 11.5.502.135.

the entire site is broken from a mobile perspective. none of my Android devices can view or listen to anything on the site. if this belongs in the mobile forum instead, apologies.

*i suppose an elaboration might be useful: upon loading an Ensign issue, for example, the page appears to load and then immediately is ovelaid with a solid field of white; presumably the broken player. tested on four different devices, all have similar issue. tough to share on devices where the LDS Library isn't installed (ie: all non-members...)
