I am still receiving some email notifications from my previous ward. Our records have been updated since October. In the email, it says:
"You received this e-mail because you signed up for update notifications from your ward or stake calendar. To change your e-mail address, log in to the directory (http://lds.org/directory), click My Household, and then click Edit Profile. Update the e-mail address next to your name. (Youth may need their parents or ward clerks to log into the directory to edit their profiles.) To unsubscribe from calendar notifications, log in to the calendar (http://lds.org/church-calendar) and go to Settings > Subscriptions. Update your notification options for each calendar."
I've gone into Settings -> Subscriptions and the only options I show are my current ward. There is no way to remove this subscription. I receive emails at least once a week. How can I change this??
Thanks for any help that can be provided!

Re: Receiving Email Notifications for Previous Ward
Normally when you actually go to the web site and login, the Calendar system realizes you are in a new ward and updates everything. If you recently did this, you should no longer be receiving emails from your last ward.WoodsonAO wrote:I've gone into Settings -> Subscriptions and the only options I show are my current ward. If it has been a while since you visited lds.org and you are still getting messages, I think you will need help from the Global Service Desk.

Re: Receiving Email Notifications for Previous Ward
I would suggest that you start with your ward clerk and make sure your membership record is in your new ward. Then sign in to the lds.org calendar to trigger the change there.aprilclark wrote:I have the same issue.

If you continue to have problems after you have done these things, your ward or stake clerk can contact the Global Service Desk on your behalf to sort out the problem.

As an alternative, you can sign into the directory and make sure you see the right ward there.lajackson wrote:I would suggest that you start with your ward clerk and make sure your membership record is in your new ward.
