Problem replicating callings/name from MLS to lds.org Directory
We recently changed Elders Quorum Presidency. I remove the EQP, 1st and 2nd, BOTH names and positions from MLS 3.5.1. I removed the positions because I wanted to ensure I used the new standard positions. I redid the positions with standards and added the new names. The EQP name and position replicated to the lds.org directory OK. However for the 1st and 2nd Counselors, BOTH the old and new ones show up in the lds.org directory. I went back into MLS, and double check, and everything seems fine. So I'm not sure what I've done wrong. Can anyone help?

See this postMLS callings updates to lds.org temporarily not availableespecially post #1 and #4. Your ward has one file that is being rerun today and it has 2 releases in it, so hopefully those are the 1st and 2nd Counselors. After that is done let me know if you still see a problem.

I have several organizations Deacons and young womens class presidencies that do not show up on LDS.org. They are current on MLS. What do I need to do to fix this issue? Also the sustaining of officers document does not have all of the individuals listed.

Are the positions listed in CDOL? If not, then in MLS for each position missing in CDOL & the Directory change something simple like the set apart flag, save, then return the setting to what it was. This will trigger the positions to be resent to CDOL which then updates positions for all LDS.org sites/applications that list positions such as the Directory.mnjhobbs wrote:I have several organizations Deacons and young womens class presidencies that do not show up on LDS.org. I checked CDOL and all of the callings are correct. Young Women and Deacons up to date on CDOL. Now what should I do? I need the officers sustained form for ward conference in January?

That looks like a bug in Clerk Resources. I'll pass that on to them. Can you print the sustaining form from MLS?mnjhobbs wrote:I checked CDOL and all of the callings are correct. The MLS sustaining form has other callings missing that are correct in MLS and also correct on LDS.org sustaining form. I sent a message to MLS and they said to type the names that were missing in with a type writer on the MLS sustaining form.

Did they say they were going to send you one of these archaic devices that only those who own a human history museum have?mnjhobbs wrote:I sent a message to MLS and they said to type the names that were missing in with a type writer on the MLS sustaining form.
