Changing email address with Staples eWay

Changing email address with Staples eWay

When I make purchases using e-Way, the confirmation message goes to the prior Ward Clerk. I've called the support #877-295-0003, tried email e-Way support and LDS Help but everyone says they do not have access to the email information, just shipping address.

I log in via the link from lds.org with user LDS00##### and no password. The home page does NOT include a link for My Profile or My Account.

Any suggestions?

Can you log into CDOL and verify that you are listed as the Ward Clerk and that your calling is not in orange text? That will test that your calling is recorded properly at CHQ.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

CDOL is correct and I have no problems with clerical features of lds.org or making orders via e-Way. Just unable to access the profile info for e-Way.

I have this same issue- the documentation on the site refers to a "My Profile" link that doesn't exist. Until I find this magical link, the old stake clerk keeps getting the emails.

There is no "My Profile" to update for Staples eWay. The information is provided through the Church's online store interface. The information should be updated from CDOL. If it is not updating, then contact LDS Distribution services and have them correct the error.

I had the same problem. I had to call LDS distribution at 801-240-3800. They put me in touch with Teresa (sp?) Gentry and gave me her cell phone number. I called her and she happened to take the day off (right before Thanksgiving) but she logged on while at home, changed my email, phone, etc right on the spot and when I refresh my eway webpage, everything was updated. It was great. I have her number but am hesitant to post it on a public forum. If you send me a private message, I can send it to you. It seems like the way to update this info should be public.

Thanks for the reply, sasgrw. I was going through some other paperwork this week and found a letter from SLC dated Jan 17, 2012 that lists Teresa Gentry as the contact for Staples. It gives her email address and phone number, I'm also hesitant to post her email here but it is first.last@staples.com.

Nice find. I just went to leader.lds.org > Applications > Official Communication Library and found the letter from 17Jan2012 and it does indeed list Teresa. The phone number listed in that letter is the one that was given to me. I was called as a Ward Clerk in Feb 2012 so apparently I just missed that letter.
