Largeish update showed up tonight 12/4/12

Processing file /cubstomls_ex/CUBS_TO_MLS_<unit number>_<date>_<some other number>_CHANGE.xml

The updating finance window with the knight rider bar has been doing its thing for about 5 minutes now. Anybody know how long this particular change should take to process or am I good to cancel it out?

Pressing F9 shows that the relevant file has a length of 3423, says 00:00:00 in blue and says "success".

Then the file has been processed and it is safe to close the popup, which seems to have hung.
