How can a Stake building specialist have access to ward and/or buildings calendar

How can a Stake building specialist have access to ward and/or buildings calendar
Is there a way for the Stake Building Specialist to be given access to all the building calendars in the stake?

If he needs to see what events are scheduled at a location he can do this by selecting the week view and checking the location in the Locations list.

Not the way you're thinking.
If you go into the calendar system and make him a Building Scheduler for all locations, he'll have editing rights for all events taking place at a building. But he'll never be able to add events to a calendar that's not in his own ward.
The old method of everything being coordinated though a single person is dead. It's now "First come, first served" and he can work out the conflicts. Note that under the new system, only a calendar editor can schedule a building. As long as they are trustworthy individuals, you shouldn't have a problem.
Whatever you do, do NOT use "reservations" as a substitute for events. You will regret it.
