Footnotes/Related Content on the side instead of at the bottom

Footnotes/Related Content on the side instead of at the bottom
Just noticed the most recent update has the footnotes or related content on the side instead of at the bottom. I don't see an option to change that back on my end. I personally find it harder to read because it squashes the text too much and it cause the text to autoscroll

This was a design decision made in https://tech.lds.org/jira/browse/MSA-491, but, I agree that an option might be useful as not all devices quite manage it correctly.
