Unable to Add a Building Scheduler

Unable to Add a Building Scheduler

I'm the stake website administrator and for some reason I'm not able to add a building scheduler. I've done it before and I'm following the instructions at the following link:

However, when click on the "Add Scheduler" link the "Select a Unit" drop-down box displays nothing and the name field will not accept input.

Right now, I think the system is down. I'm getting the eternal spinner when I try to get into the calendar.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Is this a location you've added a scheduler to before?

You might want to check to see if the location has any units attached to it.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.

I just added the location and added many units to it. I thought about that, so I went into another location (that already has a building scheduler) and tried to add an additional scheduler, but got the same results. So, the system seems to be prohibiting me from adding a scheduler to any location.

Please help someone....
I can not add a building scheduler. I click the add button and the popup appears. However the "unit" dropdown never populates. Just spins...forever...

I see the same problem. I get the spinner in IE9, but not Chrome. But either way, the pop-up window is inoperative.

I've reported it.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Same problem here. Chrome and Firefox for Mac.

Calendar depends on another system and database to populate that field. If that database is down, you'll get the endless spinner. We're looking into the problem. Thanks for your patience.

This is still broken and has been for a few days now. Any estimate of when this will be fixed so I can tell my new building schedulers?
