Missionary's Parents are Moving
Do we send the missionary's records and funds onto the parents new ward?

As for transferring the funding, the most important thing is to transfer the responsibility for funding -- meaning the ward to whose account the monthly payment will be charged. That change can be done retroactively if need be. See Transferring missionary funding to another ward in the wiki for the procedure.
