Bad update
The lesson schedules do not reflect our schedules either at the Stake level or Ward levels. Why fix something that was not broke. How do we now get to perform the administrator functions we are assigned.

Are you looking on the classic site or the new site?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Hi blackjack...welcome to the forum.
As far as how to get in to perform the admin functions: it's all calling based. See Rights and Roles for a description of who can edit the schedules.
If you're talking about the new Lesson Schedules application, you'll see that the church gave everyone a default lesson schedule. This can be confusing to people, as the default schedule given for each class is likely incorrect. You can go in an hide the schedules that aren't being used.
