Calendar not working via LDS.org

Calendar not working via LDS.org

Hi All

I have a member in my stake who can't get the calender to work via LDS.org

It seems to be only effecting his home computer as it work at church.

I'm still waiting on some more detailed info including a screen shot of the problem.

From what they have been able to tell me thus far the calendar never loads and he just gets the circular icon that goes round and round and round but the calendar never loads no matter how long they wait.

They are running a PC with windows 7 if this helps.

Any suggestions on this basic info?

Mean while I am chasing the browser type and version and the screen shot.

It seem from my look through the help section on my computer that this could well be a problem with an older browser version.

Will chase the chap to see he has version 9 or later.

If it's IE, it should be IE 9. It sounds like you might be aware of that. If that's not it, please tell us which browsers he's tried.

Yes, please tell us which browser he's running. I personally prefer Firefox but Chrome should work just as well.

I am using IE 9 and it still does not work. I have had to move to Firefox

Make sure you're not in "compatibility mode". I use IE9 on the calendar and am only seeing minor bugs.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
