Just had to perform a System Restore on a ward computer to resolve a BSOD issue. The restore date selected was that of the last batch.
The windows issue was resolved, but two weeks of financial data was missing (the most recent two weeks). Is there any MLS connection to the actions of System Restore?

Most likely. According to this page, the System Restore works on ".Data" files. Which is what MLS saves the data in.
Since you've no doubt restored back to before the last send/receive, you need to contact Local Unit Support to resolve this.
