Calendar blinking off & on without stopping

Calendar blinking off & on without stopping

I have Windows XP and discovered I can't access the calendar w/my version of IE7 or 8 so I went in through Google Chrome and the calendar display just blinks off and on without stopping. I can't seem to stop it no matter what I try.

If you exit all your applications, power down your computer, let it sit for a couple of minutes, then power it back on, can you still duplicate the problem? Does this happen in other applications? Does it happen in other areas of lds.org like Directory or Lesson?
