Ward Webmaster not able to login to website

I have a ward webmaster that is unable to login to the website? What else needs to happen other than assigning him to that role in MLS???:(

He must be assigned a standardized position, and then you may need to wait a couple of days after the send/receive.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Specifically, the standard calling he needs is called "Website Administrator."
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.

Just to follow up. Your "Ward Webmaster" is not setup using the standard position, so he won't get rights until you change him to the standard position of "Website Administrator."
