Can't update phone number
I've tried to update my phone number a dozen times but it just won't take. I tried to update it a few months ago when I was in another stake and it followed me to my new stake and ward. It still won't let me change it. Please help.

Can you please describe the steps you take to edit your phone number? At what point are you noticing there is a problem? What do you see happening, or not happening, when you notice the problem?
As an alternative you can always contact your ward clerk and give him the updated information.

In the directory, are you listed as a "parent" or as a child? I don't think children can edit their information even if they are an adult.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
