You might want to review the thread Any efforts for Windows 8 applications?
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.

Amen to that. I have been using a W8 tablet, and I love it. To have the Gospel Library and LDS Tools apps available would be fantastic!

There are no apps, however you can create web shortcuts to your Start page.

There are some unofficial apps. Search for LDS in the Windows store.

There is only one Windows 8 app, which is LDS Pages. It just has the scriptures only.

My Surface Pro cries out for an offline gospel library that synchronizes with my lds.org account.

Until the church catches up to speed, you can use BlueStacks on your Surface Pro as a workaround. It will emulate an Android OS and allow you to download and run all the LDS apps currently available in the Android Play store.jrbaumgardner wrote:My Surface Pro cries out for an offline gospel library that synchronizes with my lds.org account.
A caution for others reading, BlueStacks does NOT support Win RT devices (yet).
