One of our high councilors has sent out the following link for the training on Preparing Stake and Ward Annual Histories 2010.
I know that the Church this past year produced a new link for training and information on Stake and Ward Histories.
Who is responsible for updating the 1st link so that only the most current information is provided?

Thanks for pointing out this inconsistency. I don't know who's in charge of updating the online training page, but I've forwarded a link to this thread to someone who will be able to send it to the right person.

It turns out that the training is being moved to the new Record-Keeping and Technology Support site. When that move is complete, they'll simply retire that old training page, so there doesn't seem to be much motivation to deploy a new version of that obsolescent page to remove one outdated lesson, when the whole page is going away soon.
