Posting positions on Stake Dirtectory
How Long after I post a change in Stake History Director will it take before she can sign an Audit? It has been almost 14 days and the Director is unable to sign the audit. Time is running out. How long does it take the Church to make changes once I submit them to SLC before they are effective and show up? Thanks for helping.

Updates transmitted take up to 15 minutes to update CDOL. The directory is updated seconds after CDOL. Applications can vary from a few minutes to up to a day or two.
The first thing to check is CDOL to see if the position is listed there and that it is a standard position rather than a custom position.

Normally, that's true. But we're talking about Family History here. It may have to be updated from the Family History side. If the FHC Director has changed, the new director needs to contact the Family History department. This is to receive training as well as insuring that the transition takes place.
