IROP should indicate who placed order at Online Store

It would help greatly if the IROP would indicate who placed the order. There is a field for "name of requester" but this is usually blank. Since orders must be placed by somebody who is logged into the system the name of the account used should appear.

I agree. Usually I can tell from the items ordered which auxiliary made the order and transfer the expense to the proper budget account, but there are times where this is not straight forward. Having a name associated with the order would be helpful.

From our ward experience, no auxiliary [presidency member] has been able to make an order using the ward account. We have been limited to the bishopric and clerks. Which auxiliaries and what callings did those who made the orders have? How long ago was this?

I'm a stake clerk, so am referring to stake auxiliaries. My recollection is that the Stake YW President (or it could have been Stake Primary President) ordered materials sometime ealier this year. Can't be more specific without checking records in MLS at the stake center.
