Action and Interview List

We are having a problem with our Bishopric Action Report(Action and Interview List from the Reports menu on lds.org/leader). The report is showing the baptismalcandidates for all sections. For example, the counselors section forinterviews for September shows nothing but baptism interviews, which is clearly incorrect. All sections of the report are showing the same list of kids for baptismal interviews.

Please let me know if you've seen this or have any ideas on how to fix it. I thought it might be a problem that would resolve itself, but we've had the same problem for several months now. All other reports seem to be working fine.

Ours looks fine. Have you tried clearing the browser cache and trying again, or trying a different computer or browser? Does this happen for all bishopric members? If it is still not working, then you can use the "Feedback" link at the bottom to let the developers know that your view is broken.

Yeah, I've tried it on multiple computers so it's not my computer or a cache issue. Good suggestion on the Feedback link. I'll give that a try.

It's a bug with Internet Explorer, usually in version 7. IE 8 seems to work ok. As an alternative, you can download another browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Firefox) and it will show correctly.

Or make sure the IE you have isn't in compatibility mode.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
