So this last Sunday we had two people taking pictures for the ward directory of our BYU singles ward. When we viewed the directory later all the pictures that one of them took weren't available. Could this be a permissions issue? Are the photos deleted? We can retake the pictures if need be, but it would be good to know in the future.
On another note, if all of the students are the only members of their household, we should add their photos as the household picture for it to appear in the directory correct? All assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I think you'll find you need to add them to both household and individual to work in all views.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
