Tithing Statement From 2005

A former member of our ward has asked for a copy of his tithing statement from 2005. Can this be done?

A former member of our ward has asked for a copy of his tithing statement from 2005. Can this be done?

Sure. In the US, MLS retains financial records for 3 years plus the current year. So in MLS you simply go to Finances | Tithing Settlement | Donor Statements. In the upper left corner is a drop-down to select the year. Select 2005, select the type of report (YTD or Tax Statement), find the donor in the list, check their box, and Print.

That's true for the United States. Canada I think it's 5 years. Other parts of the world ???? So the answer may depend on the area of the world.
