Now that the Newsletter is out of beta, its Help link takes you to the new style of help system, located at https://ue.ldschurch.org/ldsapphelp/newsletter/ .
This replaces the old help system that was hosted on the LDSTech wiki. If you go to the old wiki page at Newsletter, you'll just see a link to the new help system.
