Can't access leader tools on Lds.org

Hi,

I am the new ward clerk in my ward. I don't have access to any of the leader tools on the church website. I do however have access to the leader tools that are on the Lds tools I phone app.

Any suggestions for how I can get access?

There is a time delay from the time the calling is entered into the system through MLS and when different applications recognize the change. Clerk and Leader Resources should not take more than 24 to 48 hours after the update appears in CDOL.
