When I am entering Sunday donations, I do a name search by typing in part of the name. For some reason some of our members are listed as Betty Smith, others as Smith, Betty.
This makes it difficult to do searches. Is there an easy way to make them all the same?

Not exactly an "easy" way, but if you go into Finance --> Add/Update Donors you can see them all listed there. The default for donors is "Last Name, First Name". Anyway, if you see a name listed incorrectly, just click on the name and in the Donor Name: field, you can manually enter it how you like.
