Ward clerk-membership
I am not able to update data, consistently, when i update some of the names will disappear,but there are names that i have sent to other wards, and they will not go off my phone. Their other wards have already recieved the records, but it will not go off my phone,even when i have deleted the data and they update again. Also turned off left for a couple of minutes and restart and update they are still there. What do i do?

How long have you waited? It's possible that some kind of handshake has to take place with the ward's MLS first.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
