We have a member with a "disciplinare action" a while ago. How do we know when that is finished.
If the name is in our records without any information about that action do that means that it is ok for him to receive a calling?
If not what are the steps we have to follow.
Thanks.

Disciplinary action or other restrictions show up on printed membership records, not the IOS and not in the general MLS display.
If a member was subject to disciplinary action, any change in status normally will be taken by the unit where the member currently lives, so local leaders will know his status and whether or not he may now have a calling. The instructions in Handbook 1 have a lot of detail on how the process works, including when a member is eligible to serve in a calling again.

Before any callings are issued, you need to determine the status of the disciplinary action. From what you've said, it seems that any of the following are possible:
- Disciplinary action occurred but was not properly submitted and thus is not correctly recorded on the membership record. In this case, the clerks and leaders involved should track down what happened to the paperwork.
- Disciplinary action occurred, but the outcome was not of sufficient severity that it would be noted on the membership record.
- Disciplinary action occurred, but has subsequently been resolved.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.
