All Stake Callings Erased

All Stake Callings Erased
I logged onto MLS this morning and discovered that all but a small handful of callings was erased. The entire stake presidency was erased. Also, when I log onto clerk resources or directory, I get error messages when trying to look up positions. Any ideas what might be going on?

All our stake callings are still intact as of this moment, so it sounds like something unique to your stake. One other place to look is CDOL to see if the callings exist there. That might help you narrow down whether the problem is with CDOL (the system that feeds all the other sites and tools that display calling info) or with the interface to those other sites.
It might just be a temporary problem, but if it persists, I think you'll need the help of Local Unit Support on this one.

Have you tried to access CDOL. All online systems get information and set permissions based on positions provided by CDOL. If all the positions are there in CDOL then follow the Correcting duplicate or missing callings procedures to restore the positions in MLS. But before doing so contact LUS for instructions. If the positions are missing in CDOL there are a number of possible causes for them to have been removed.

Earlier today I updated the data in LDSTools and found that all the entries in the Callings menu have vanished! I'm wondering if this related to the OP reported problem?
In fact all calling information has gone missing, mine included!
Did another data update 5 minutes ago and the Calling information has returned!
I did check out the Leader & Clerk Resources page and when I tried to check the Members with Callings list, the Website is down message appeared. That was probably about 30 minutes before this situation update.

A helpful tip - If you ever discover that all of your calling information has been deleted from MLS and the online databases are acting squirrely, do no re-input all off your calling data. I logged onto directory this morning and now I have every calling duplicated. I also logged into CDOL and discovered that most of the duplicates show up there as well. I expect that the day that I get MLS, lds.org directory,and CDOL to all match, I will be released. I just recently did a unit data refresh - it looks like it might be time to do it again.
