When editing a recurring event you created, the recurring event date will display January 1 even though you set it to a different date.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create a recurring event.
2. Set the "Repeats" field to "Yearly by specific date".
3. Set the "Occurs every" field to "July 4" or any other date you wish.
4. Save the event.
5. Click on the event and select "Edit Event". The "Occurs every" field now reads "January 1".

Is this for the production calendar or the beta?

I just attempted this in the production calendar. I tried to add Pioneer Day (July 24). I had to play around about with how many times the event repeated, finally selected number of occurrence as two. System accepted event, then when I viewed calendar details of the event created the detail information on the left is correct, but on the right under the repeating information the date is indeed listed as January 1. When I advanced my calendar to July 24 2013 the same information appears (the event detail date is July 24 2013 but the repeating date is January 1).
