Church Service Missionaries for Saturday/Sunday ICS support

It would be helpful if some tech-savvy Church Service Missionaries were called and trained to fill in for ICS on evenings and weekends. I live in a stake where the wards (and chapels) are a good distance apart. Often a problem is discovered on Sunday when ICS is not available. It is difficult to find a time during the week when someone can be there to call support and get the problem resolved. Especially since Utah is 4 hours later than us. I imagine the problem is even worse in Australia.
