High priest a Elder president??

I have a new question I received from one of my ward clerks. Does MLS allow a former bishopric counselor (who would therefore be a High Priest) to be made the Elder Quorum President ?

Sure. You just need to move him to the Elders Quorum first. The easiest way to do that is to go to Organizations > High Priests, then in the Members section find that brother and click the Remove link to the right of his name. Then in the box that pops up, select Elders as the destination organization.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.
