Lesson Type Options and linking related content

If we're not teaching from the class manual (various radio buttons), it would be nice if I could optionally select any manual and lesson, conference talk, etc. to display for a lesson.

For example, course 12 and 13, Preparing for Exaltation, doesn't have enough lessons to fill the year. I'm going to have the teachers teach some lessons from the Book of Mormon curriculum on those weeks..or maybe we'd want to discuss a General Conference talk. It would be nice if there was a convenient way to link in this content.

This might fit in with the requests people have had to be able to link in the TFOT lessons. Maybe it can be more generalized for these other lesson types to link in any content, including that from a lesson manual, general conference, etc.
