Home and Visiting Teaching Tool to save time

Wouldn't it be great if Relief Society Presidencies Elder's Quorum Presidencies and High Priest Group leaders could spend more time visiting than doing administrative work like redoing the home & visiting teaching assignments on a constant basis. I think it wouldn't be too hard to develop a computer program that accepts inputs such as home location, age, level of visit priority, interests etc., and the computer optimizes matches. The presidencies could then pray about the matches, lock the good ones and continue optimizing until the process is done.
