store.lds.org will not let me ship - thinks i'm not in the us (but i am)

I am the ward clerk and am trying to order sacrament cups and a few manuals for sunday school. Whenever i go to checkout i get the following error:

Sorry. We cannot ship to the address you selected from the country selected at the bottom of the screen.

If you need to ship to this address, change your selected country, then select the United States instead. Please note the following:

The United States uses a different warehouse than your previously selected country, which means you will need a new online shopping cart. The items currently in your cart will disappear, but will not be deleted. To see them, just switch back to your previously selected country.
You will need to find those items again and add them to the cart for the United States.
If you switch to the United States, international shipping rates may apply.

The country option is already set to the united states, and the destination to which I am having the items ship is also set to a US address. Why is the store.lds site not allowing me to make this purchase? It appears that the site thinks I am not in the US, even though I have indicated in all applicable fields that I am. How can I resolve this issue?

It's a bug - here's the response I received:

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We do know the source of the problem and we have a way to work around it. The problem is caused by having an apostrophe in one of your address titles. To get around the problem you will need to start by removing anything in your shopping cart. Once all of the items have been removed, click the My Account link at the top, right corner of the page. Click the My Addressed tab. Now look for any addresses where the tile of the address has an apostrophe in it. You will need to click the Delete Address for every address that contains an apostrophe in the title (you may want to copy down the address first if you don't readily know them). You will want to select Yes to confirm the deletion of the address. Next you will need to close all windows of your web browser and then open a new one. You will then need to clear out your cookies and cache. Once all of that is done you should no longer see that error screen at checkout.

Thanks for posting that information -- it's certainly not obvious that an apostrophe in an address would make the system think you are not in the US. Hopefully your post will help others who may run into this situation.
