Granting administrative rights to post photos on directory

We have called an assistant clerk to take photos of ward families and post them to the directory. How can I grant him administrative rights that will allow him to add the photos to the directory?

You don't have to do anything special. He will have all the rights he needs by virtue of his calling, as long as you:
  • Make sure he is entered into MLS with a standard calling of an assistant clerk
  • Transmit that change of calling from MLS using Send/Receive
  • Wait 24 hours or so for the permissions related to the calling to affect the Directory.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.

You can get a list of who can do what from the Wiki: Roles and responsibilities (Directory)
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.
