writing test case in google docs?

At this year's tech conference Ben Robbins told us that one way we could help would be by writing test cases for the mobile apps, and I thought he said they were located in google docs. I have tried emailing him with no response, googling, checking the project google discussion groups, and can't find anything.

Any ideas or a link as to where these would be and how we can login and view or edit them?
