I notice the online Action Interview list still shows Senior Couples in the 62 to 75 range... Will this be updated as well?

Yes- it should. I will check on it this morning. I have a feeling it was just forgotten about.

A small update to 3.4.3 has been released to all units today. The full build is 3.4.3_20556. Strings were added for various translations and some work was done to prepare for new positions soon to be sent from cdol. There were also a few bug fixes that were snuck in.

I work at the WOB and had a call regarding this MLS upgrade. The logon screen flashed up, and then disappeared. What could cause this? We have noticed that the ward may be on a mixed build version. Version 3.4.3_20496 and version 3.4.3_20556. We had them go to: mls.lds.org and download the recent version and install this over the top of the existing version.

Any other suggestions?

Issues with MLS operations have been known to occur following patch upgrades. We, the community of users, can only speculate that the patch was not completed or something corrupted when there are issues such as this. A complete install on top of the current install almost always rectifies these patch upgrade issues.

That is a common recommendation and should have corrected the problem. Did it correct the problem for this case?

You could try Lost user names just to see if that works.

Failing that, I'd suggest Clean installation.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.
