fillable PDF forms

Thank you, very much. I was to lazy to looking for the exact spelling.
Any way. To those who are interested.
You can have a modifiable pdf form (tested with LibreOffice 3.x) this way:
- Open Calc (spreadsheet).
- Insert the image of a scanned form and make it as "background".
- Insert "Input text field" from the "component bar" and place it where you want "input data" be.
- Export as PDF and .. voila.
Sorry. I have the Italian version and so I'm not sure of the translation. But I know you are smart enough to understand.

Adobe Acrobat Professional, although there are several less expensive alternatives.
