Update Points when Household Moves

I am in a ward that has a lot of students. As some students try to save money or grow their families, they tend to move. However, I've noticed that when households move, their location point on the map is not updated/flagged to be updated. As such, many households have points (verified and not verified) that still point to their old location.

Would it be possible that when a household moves, their marker is basically reset to how it was before initial verification? They get marked as "Need for Review" and have a new calculated estimate on where they live?
