We're having trouble installing the Windows version of the Family Search Indexing software package, v. 3.12.1. It downloads to the computer just fine, but when asked to install, it interrupts with a command to restart the computer, then try again. After restarting the computer, the exact same thing happens once more.
The computer is an old eMachines machine runnings Windows XP, Service Pack 3, with an Intel Celeron processor and 1 gigabyte of RAM.
Anyone run into a similar problem? If so, how did you get around it?
