Personal Progress Specialist
The YW President is asking me to give the new Personal Progress Specialist access to all of the Young Woman Personal Progress records online. Is this something as the Ward Clerk I can do? If so how?

No, you can't do that, because it is contrary to policy (the calling of "Personal Progress Specialist" shouldn't even exist). See this post for an explanation and reference.scworkman wrote:The YW President is asking me to give the new Personal Progress Specialist access to all of the Young Woman Personal Progress records online. Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.

Respectfully, I see nothing in the policy statement that says there should not be specialists called to work with the Young Women on their Personal Progress, it simply says that it should not be ONLY ONE specialist. The policy also states clearly that the Young Women Presidency and Priesthood Leaders should counsel together to determine the best way to accomplish the goals of the program, and that "other mentors" may assist in the program.
