Alphabetical sorting for foreign characters

Hi,

I hope this is the right place to bring this up, if not please point me in the right direction.

The Swedish alphabet has three additional letters that show up at the end of the alphabet: "...x,y,z,å,ä,ö".

However, many LDS tools and applications get the sorting wrong. For example, in the mobile app "LDS Tools" the directory sorts "å" and "ä" together with "a", and it sorts "ö" together with "o".
