Calendar question

At our last Stake PEC meeting one of the High Councilors in the Stake asked how when he is online he can view the calendar of the ward he is responsible for. Can you tell me how he can do this? Thanks for your help.

Currently members can only view the calendars for their own ward and the stake. We have been told they are planning to provide viewing ability of other ward calendars in the stake to certain leaders for a future release. For now only those events for a location can be viewed using the procedure described here. This is for a location and not a ward.
