Pinning an article so that it shows at the top.
I understood there was going to be a way to "pin" an article to show up at the top of the newsletter articles. How is that done?

See Pin articles to top of a category in the help system. Note that you can only pin an article to the top of a specified category, not to the top of the entire list.
