copying the calendar

I do the bulletin for our ward, I use to be able to copy 2-3 weeks of the calendar and paste it into the bulletin. Now I have to do it each announcement for each day. It makes it very time consuming for me. Can someone help me out. How can I copy and paste or can I not do this anymore. Please help.
